Ceramic, Brightwork & Paint Specialists at Kirk Field

Paragould is beyond our everyday service region, so our presence at Kirk Field follows a simple rule: the job has to justify the journey. For ceramic coating, brightwork and paint correction it does, and operators at PGR book us for exactly that.

Read this first

PGR is a specialty-only field for us. No cleanings. No routine details.

We travel here for

  • ✓ SystemX ceramic coating
  • ✓ Brightwork restoration
  • ✓ Paint correction & polishing
  • ✓ Aircraft disinsection (nationwide)
  • ✓ Fleet-scale specialty programs

We do not travel here for

  • ✗ Interior details
  • ✗ Cabin cleaning
  • ✗ Wash-only visits
  • ✗ Routine or one-off details
  • ✗ Quick turnarounds

We would rather be honest at the first phone call than awkward on the ramp at PGR: routine details are not on the menu here. The specialty projects are, and for those, distance has never once been the deciding factor for the operators who fly us in to Paragould.

Ceramic coating at PGR

A 10-year SystemX Max G+ ceramic coating is the job we travel for most. It is a multi-day, controlled-conditions project: full decontamination, machine correction of the paint, then a Boeing-approved coating cured panel by panel. Done once and done right at PGR, it outlasts a decade of ramp exposure. The details live on our ceramic coating page.

Brightwork restoration

We take on serious brightwork at Kirk Field: pitted leading edges brought back to a mirror, exhaust stacks and inlets cut and buffed, full polished-aluminum aircraft restored panel by panel. Small touch-ups do not justify the trip to Paragould; a restoration does. The brightwork page has examples.

Paint correction & polishing

We bring full machine correction to PGR: compounds matched to aviation paint systems, measured passes, and a finish checked under inspection light rather than sunlight optimism. On its own it suits a substantial project at Kirk Field; combined with ceramic it locks the result in. Our polishing page covers both paths.

Disinsection: the nationwide exception

Aircraft disinsection is the exception to every travel rule, at PGR and everywhere else: it is a nationwide service by design. Departing Paragould for a country that requires disinsection, we treat the empty aircraft before boarding to the WHO standard and issue the certificate. Our disinsection page explains the method.

What we don’t do here, and why

The rule cuts both ways at Kirk Field. If the request is a wash, an interior refresh or a routine detail, the answer is a friendly no, because the travel would make it a bad deal for you. If the request is one of the specialties, the answer is a scheduled date at PGR.

About working at Kirk Field

Kirk Field is a smaller field, and that suits the work: specialty projects in Paragould run best where the ramp is calm and the hangar is yours for the duration. At 4,500 ft, the runway makes Paragould primarily turboprop and piston territory, and polished spinners, brightwork and single-owner coating projects are the staples of our visits. The crew that comes to PGR is the one that works our home region daily; Mountain View Wilcox Memorial Field in Mountain View is among the nearest of our every-day fields, so the standard you get in Paragould is the one we are held to at home.

Booking works the same for Paragould as everywhere we travel: describe the aircraft and the project, and we respond with a straight answer, a scope and a date. Specialty work at PGR is planned, not squeezed in.
